Do domestic laws and policies provide for primary and secondary education to be available to forcibly displaced and stateless persons in an appropriate language?

Analysis
Costa Rican regulations do not provide for the application of measures to adapt the public education system, to the needs of refugees or asylum seekers, in terms of the language in which education is provided; thus, refugees and asylum seekers have the possibility of enrolling in the education system, but the training is provided only in Spanish, without prejudice to subjects specifically taught in English or French languages. This applies to the educational system funded by the State. However, there are private educational centers that extend teaching in other languages such as English, French, German, among others. The enrolment into these facilities do not impose requirements for admission linked to the students migratory condition. Fees might be imposed to integrate these programs.
