Tajikistan's domestic laws, particularly the "Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Refugees," outline the rights and responsibilities of refugees within the country. While this law provides a framework for the recognition and protection of refugees, it does not explicitly address the transfer of personal property and assets into or out of Tajikistan during admission or repatriation.   However, Tajikistan is a signatory to the 1951 Refugee Convention and its 1967 Protocol, which establish international standards for the treatment of refugees. These instruments advocate for the rights of refugees to manage their personal property, including the transfer of assets upon entry and exit from host countries. 

Thus, in this case, the general rule can be applied, allowing refugees to bring their property and other assets into the country upon entry, as well as export them upon repatriation or relocation. These matters are also regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 544, which establishes the rules for the movement of goods by individuals across the customs border in a preferential and simplified manner.
