Description
These Rules establish the conditions and allowable limits for the movement of goods by individuals across the customs border in a preferential regime, and set out the procedure for applying uniform rates of customs duties and taxes (under the simplified procedure), as well as for observing the prohibitions and restrictions provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
