    Article 11 - Identity Documents

    The following documents serve as identity documents: -Passport of a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan; -Diplomatic passport of a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan; -Service passport of a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan; -Civilian international passport of a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan; -Passport of a foreign national; -Identity card of a stateless person; -Temporary certificate of an asylum seeker; -Refugee certificate; -Birth certificate; -Certificate for return to the Republic of Tajikistan; -Residence permit for a foreign national in the Republic of Tajikistan; -Residence permit for a stateless person in the Republic of Tajikistan; -Identity document of a military servicemember; -Driver's license, service identification, certificate of participants in the Great Patriotic War and labor veterans (individuals equated to them), persons with disabilities, students, and other documents, in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
