Analysis

In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Assistance to Employment of the Population" dated August 3, 2015, № 214, the state policy in the field of employment is aimed at ensuring the implementation of the constitutional rights of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to work and social protection from unemployment. State services in the field of employment assistance are provided exclusively to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, which includes assistance in finding a job, vocational training, social adaptation in the labor market and other support measures. Thus, the internal laws and policies of the Kyrgyz Republic limit access to state employment services exclusively for citizens of the country.
