Bangladesh’s national laws and polices do not contain specific provisions that allow refugees’ access to secondary education.

While “secondary Education” means education pertaining to classes IX and X, reflected in the Intermediate and Secondary Education Ordinance, 1961, the provisions do no contain any reference to refugees.
