This is determined by: (a) past experiences and losses in their places of origin, during flight, or in refugee or IDP settings; (b) present living conditions, including poverty, daily stressors, inadequate support networks and insufficient assistance and protection; and (c) perceptions of the future, particularly regarding solutions and whether there are real prospects for a better life.\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EIn responding to this question\u003C\/strong\u003E, please indicate whether domestic laws and policies provide access to mental healthcare services (including treatment for people who are dependent upon narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances) for forcibly displaced and stateless persons, including for people with disabilities.
