Analysis
Labour legislation stipulate that insufficient hygiene conditions in the workplace or potential peril to the employee or their family within the workplace are valid grounds for termination of employment.. This rationale imposes upon the employer the obligation of providing the employee with labour benefits and compensatory payments. In the event of non-compliance, the employee can initiate a legal action before the labour jurisdiction, where the matter is deliberated within a conventional labour proceeding. The protection of the law is extended to encompass refugees and asylum seekers.
