Description
The Internal Regulations approved by Order No. 505 of 26 July 2017 establish the procedures for the operation of pre-trial detention facilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the regime of detention, rights and obligations of detainees, and the responsibilities of the administration.

Глава 2. Порядок приема и размещения подозреваемых, обвиняемых и подсудимых по камерам
23. Для размещения беременных женщин и женщин, имеющих при себе детей в
возрасте до трех лет, используются наиболее светлые и сухие камеры, расположенные в
отдельных режимных корпусах или изолированных отсеках режимных корпусов. Камеры
оборудуются одноярусными спальными местами.
