Description

The Tanzania National Housing Corporation Act, enacted in 1990, establishes the National Housing Corporation (NHC) to provide or facilitate housing and buildings for various purposes, and it has been amended once. 

Selected provisions
Section 4.1 - Functions of the Corporation

The functions of the Corporation shall be to provide or facilitate the provision of houses and other buildings in Tanzania for use by members of the public.
