Description
The Act provides for the establishment of the Labour, Economic and Social Council, the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration, the Essential Services Committee, wage boards, labour administration and inspection, and the Labour Court.

Section 12.1 - Functions of the Commission
The Commission shall have the following functions— (a) to facilitate the settlement of disputes between employers and employees; (b) to determine disputes between employers and employees.
