Article 21.1 - Health

Puntland State shall promote the public health care of the mother and child, prevention of the contagious diseases and encourage public health sanitations.

Article 20.1 - Orphans, Handicapped and Mentally Affected

The State shall guarantee and promote the protection of the orphans, handicapped, mentally
affected and abandoned children and any citizen who is incapable of self-care taking.
