The Standard Instruction for Identifying, Registering, and Referring Victims of Human Trafficking (hereinafter - Instruction) was developed to implement the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Prevention and Combating of Human Trafficking." This Instruction forms an integral part of the national referral mechanism for human trafficking victims.
