Description
The Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 223 (28), dd. December 30, 2017, ratifies the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union, signed on April 11, 2017, in Moscow. Adopted by the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, this law formally approves the treaty. Furthermore, it directs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to notify the Eurasian Economic Commission that Kyrgyzstan has completed its domestic procedures for the treaty's entry into force.
