Appended to Government Resolution No. 10 of January 16, 2020, this Regulation sets a unified procedure for providing state specialized housing via the Ministry of Labor and Social Development. Consistent with the Constitution and Housing Code, it applies to Kyrgyz citizens eligible for social support housing under Article 69 of the Housing Code.
