Description
The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic's Resolution No. 407, dd. June 23, 2017, concerns the registration of vehicles, installations, and equipment. This resolution establishes a unified procedure for the registration, re-registration, and de-registration of these items to streamline relevant processes. Its adoption aligns with the Constitutional Law "On the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic," the Law "On Road Traffic in the Kyrgyz Republic," and the Code "On Non-Tax Revenues of the Kyrgyz Republic."

3. Registration and re-registration of vehicles, installations and equipment, as well as property rights to them
Clause 19. Registration of vehicles, installations and equipment for a foreign citizen and stateless person is carried out on the basis of a passport with a visa (valid for at least six months) or another document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen and stateless person, or a residence permit issued by an authorized body determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, or a registration document issued by an authorized body for population registration (registration card).
