Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Resolution No. 748, dd. November 29, 2011, approves comprehensive rules for intellectual property rights. This includes regulations for the review and registration of agreements concerning copyright, related rights, and integrated circuit topographies, as well as detailed procedures for applying for and officially registering integrated circuit topographies and other copyright/related rights.
