Description
Appended to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 220 of May 8, 2024, this Standard Charter for Primary Professional Education Organizations (hereinafter - Standard Charter) outlines the operational framework. Developed in accordance with Articles 18, 19, and 30 of the Law "On Education," it defines the organization of academic, educational, methodological, and practical activities for primary professional education institutions.
Selected provisions
34.Responsibility for the recruitment of students is assigned to the director of the educational organization of primary vocational education.
35. Students are enrolled in educational organizations of primary vocational education by order of the director on the basis of personal applications of applicants and documents on completion of a certain level of general education based on the results of online admission through the automated information system "Applicant Online" on the website: https://2020.edu.gov.kg.
36. Admission and enrollment of students in a vocational school is carried out by order of the director of the vocational school on the basis of personal applications of convicts, agreed upon with the management of the correctional institution.
