Selected provisions
Article 15.1 - Travel document

A person recognized as a refugee, members of his family and persons under the care of the person recognized as a refugee shall be issued a travel document for leaving the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and entering the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Determination and issuance of travel documents shall be carried out by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
