T IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for the general information of the public that pursuant to section 28 (7) of the Refugees Act, as read together with section 56 (2) of the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration declares the following documents as Refugee Identification Documents for purposes of acquiring services provided by the Government of Kenya:1. Asylum Seeker Pass2. Proof of Registration3. Movement Pass4. Letter of Recognition5. Refugee Identity Card6. Conventional Travel Document.
