Description

The Act outlines the rules for non-citizens entering Denmark. Aliens must have a valid visa unless exempt, with exemptions for EU/EEA nationals, Switzerland, and countries with visa waiver agreements. Visa applications must be submitted to Danish diplomatic missions or authorized agencies, including a valid passport, photograph, and fingerprints.
