Description

This Law establishes the rules that regulate the granting of residence permits or residence and work permits under temporary and transitional protection to persons who are under the protection of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and to persons who cannot return to their country of origin or habitual residence due to systematic or widespread violations of human rights.
