Description
The Instruction, taken under Article 5 of the Council Directive 2001/55/CE of 20 July 2001, establishes minimum standards for granting temporary protection in the event of a mass influx of displaced persons and measures to ensure a balance between the efforts made by member states to accommodate these individuals and the consequences of such accommodation.
