Analysis

There are no domestic laws and policies that provide refugees who are lawfully in the country but who are denied freedom of movement with the right of recourse to effective administrative or judicial remedies.

In practice, in case of rejection of camp exit pass requests from the camp, UNHCR intervenes/advocates with the authorities, i.e. the respective Camp-in-Charges and if necessary, with the Office of the Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner on a case-by-case basis.
