Description

This is the Regulation adopted under the General Law of Migration and Foreigners No. 8764.  It addresses and classify the various category of migratory statuses.  The Regulation also establishing the amounts of guarantee deposits, details relating to the issuance of documents to national and foreign individuals, and other functions related to migratory control in the country.
