According to article 29(2) of the Refugees Proclamation, recognized refugees and asylum-seekers shall be treated in the same manner as Ethiopian nationals concerning intellectual property rights. This includes rights such as patents, copyrights, neighbouring rights, trademarks, industrial designs, and other similar rights as specified in applicable laws.
