The domestic asylum legislation does not contain provisions on the possibility of granting refugee status on a prima facie basis (group determination). The procedure for considering the application includes: 

• interviewing the applicant; 
• verifying the authenticity of the documents submitted and the reliability of the information provided; 
• preparing a conclusion based on the results of the application review; 
• making a decision on recognizing the person as a refugee.  

 This indicates that each application for refugee status is considered individually, and a decision is made on each case separately.
