Refugees have no access to national education institutions and there are no specific provisions in the statutory law or policy that indicates recognition of refugee’s foreign school diplomas, certificates, and degrees. 

To attend camp level education, there is no need to show previous learning record. Students are enrolled in different grade based on their existing competency assessed through placement test.
